Looking to become an official member of the Meadowood Neighborhood Association?

Are you in need of assistance with rent, food, home supplies, or with pregnancy/new baby?

The primary mission of the Meadowood Health Partnership (MHP) is to strengthen families, promote literacy

and provide neighborhood-based model health care.

Community gardens are places where people grow food, social connections, and overall well-being.

Nutritious meals are offered to those 60 and older.
