We meet on the first Wednesday of the month

at 6:30pm in the Meadowridge Library Community Room.

(There is no meeting the month of July.)

The primary mission of the Meadowood Health Partnership (MHP) is to strengthen families, promote literacy

and provide neighborhood-based model health care.

Community gardens are places where people grow food, social connections, and overall well-being.

Nutritious meals are offered to those 60 and older.
